The #1 Question Skeptics, Doubters and the Curious Ask Psychics
Here's a question I guess all psychics get asked about the lottery. I can't speak for everyone, but here's why I'm not on a private beach with my winnings.

I think I would be right in saying that there is a #1 question psychics get asked. Usually, it gets asked in two distinct ways but it still means the same thing.
Here it is
“What are next week’s lottery numbers, Rob,” or
“If you are a psychic, why haven’t you won the lottery?”
This question usually comes from the skeptics and doubters and they usually ask in a friendly way however, the undertone of their query is always the same. You can’t do it because psychics don’t exist.
Now and again, you do get the curious asking too, you know, those people who are genuinely intrigued as to why we aren’t sitting on our own private, beautiful beach enjoying our winnings.
My Answer is No Answer
Regardless of whoever is asking, my response remains the same. I don’t bother answering because it doesn’t matter what you say, they won’t believe you anyway.
In their minds, seeing the future, whether it be through palmistry, tarot, clairvoyance or any other tool, is impossible. Such abilities just don’t exist. As far as they are concerned, we are all charlatans, or worse, we are completely deluded and need to be carried off in tightly strapped white coats and locked up.
Now that’s fine by the way. They are entitled to their opinions.
If they do persist in getting an answer, perhaps because we are socialising, the most they get out of me is, “Well, opinions vary” and I will leave it at that.
Here’s why I am not sitting on that beach…
I can only answer on my own behalf and maybe other psychics have their own reasons so here’s mine.
First of all, the reason I cannot pick lottery numbers for myself or predict them for other people is both simple and logical.
I am not 100% accurate.
This is no ‘big reveal’ on my behalf as it is written here on the site and I have said this before in numerous other articles.
I tell all my clients when they come to see me, request an online reading and even in my email readings, that I am only 80 to 85% correct.
I get things wrong.
The second, and I guess more esoteric reason for not being able to predict the winning lottery numbers is that it kinda breaks the unspoken, universal laws of cheating.
What I mean by that is that if I was able to do such a feat it would be violating my gift.
I guess this is my own law and not one that belongs to the universe. It’s just how I feel.
When I have used super intuition with the lottery
I did go through a test for myself a couple of years ago. I bought two lines a week, every week, for about 4 months.
My newsagent, who obviously registered my more than average small wins on the lotto, suggested I do the Hotpicks because I would be winning £800 to £1,500 on a quite regular basis, judging by the amount of wins I was getting from the main game.
(The main lotto you have to pick 6 correct numbers of six to win the jackpot. For the Hotpicks you only have to pick one to five numbers to win substantial prizes).
On the main lottery I was frequently getting 2, 3 and 4 numbers from the six. Never five and never six.
But because my accuracy is not 100% and because I would be breaking the unspoken law of using my gift as an unfair advantage, if I was to choose 4 numbers on the hotpicks game, I may have got 2 or 3 right, so I wouldn’t have won
(if you pick 3 then all 3 must come out, pick 4, all 4 must come out on the same line, or no prize).

The horses...
I do like playing the Grand National horses, and each year I get two finishing (one year I had three) in the top 4 and I win myself some money.
Now this isn’t cheating as it isn’t taking any possible winnings away from somebody else, whereas, if I used my intuition to win the lottery it would.
I don’t gamble big money, usually just 1 or £2 per horse.
Monetary predictions for other people
I have on a few occasions predicted untold wealth for other people as I don't shy away from making them. But this has never been through winning it that wealth (which can be seen in the hand).
I read the hands and cards of a chap who was a broke sales executive at the time of his reading. I predicted he would be a millionaire within 3 years and that a slightly older woman would play a significant role.
I was right and he did indeed become a millionaire.
