Sit with me for a moment, because this is something I say to clients almost every day: there is nothing wrong with your intuition.

If you’ve ever said, “I don’t trust my gut,” or “I wish I was more intuitive,” what you’re really saying is that you’ve learned to ignore a voice that used to be very loud when you were younger.

Intuition isn’t mystical in the way people think. It isn’t reserved for psychics, Tarot readers, or people who grew up around divination like I did. Intuition is your subconscious processing information far faster than your conscious mind ever could. It’s pattern recognition, emotional memory, body awareness, and instinct — all rolled into one quiet nudge.

The problem is that most of us were taught to distrust it.

At some point, you were probably told you were “too sensitive,” “overthinking,” or “imagining things.” Maybe you felt something was off about a person or a situation, but logic, or someone else’s opinion — talked you out of it. Do that often enough, and intuition doesn’t disappear… it just stops shouting.

When clients sit with me for a reading, one of the first things I notice is how often they already know the answer before a card is even turned. My role isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to help you hear yourself again, and to help you gain more clarity.

Tarot, palmistry, and intuitive guidance are mirrors. They don’t replace your intuition; they reactivate it. A spread doesn’t give you permission to act, it confirms what you already sensed but didn’t trust enough to follow.

And here’s the part people find reassuring: intuition strengthens with use. It’s not a gift you’re born with or without. It’s a muscle. The more you listen, the clearer it becomes.

This is why readings done properly feel grounding rather than dramatic. You don’t leave feeling dependent on me. You leave feeling clearer in yourself. That’s always been the point.

If you’re drawn to intuition, Tarot, or guidance work, it’s usually because something inside you is already waking up. You’re not searching for answers, you’re remembering how to recognise them.

And once that starts, life becomes quieter in a good way. Decisions feel cleaner. You second-guess yourself less. You stop asking everyone else what you should do.

That’s intuition doing what it’s always done — guiding you — now that you’ve finally started listening again.

Do I listen to my intuition? Well, I wouldn't get such great reviews if I didn't. But do I listen to it in my personal life? You bet. When you learn how to listen, it's not something that you can just switch on and off like a tap. It's always there.

And I'm so glad that it is.

Until next time.

Your intuitive future advisor,

Rob
